My Approach
Olivia is passionate about helping clients feel safe, understood, and less alone in their experiences. She believes that meaningful change begins in a space where people can show up honestly—without fear of judgment—and be met with both compassion and clarity. Olivia creates a therapeutic environment that feels calm and supportive while inviting clients to take an active role in their growth.
When working with adults and couples, Olivia offers a collaborative and individualized approach that honors each person’s story, pace, and unique strengths. She values curiosity, self-reflection, and practical skill-building, helping clients process their experiences while moving forward with intention. Olivia supports adults navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship challenges—offering both encouragement and gentle challenge as they build insight, strengthen connections, and create lasting change.
For children and adolescents, Olivia creates a calm and nurturing space where young clients can feel at ease being themselves. She supports children in making sense of their emotions, building confidence, and finding ways to navigate challenges with greater ease. Olivia works with concerns such as anxiety, restricted eating, self-esteem, behavioral challenges, and life transitions, valuing collaboration with families to support each child or adolescent’s growth.
