My Approach
Jillian enjoys working with individuals navigating through anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and experiences of grief and loss. Her passion for counseling is rooted in a deep belief that while life inevitably brings hardship, each person carries the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change.
Jillian strives to honor each client’s unique story, approaching therapy with compassion, curiosity, and genuine presence. She believes that therapy is most impactful when it feels like a real connection—one where you feel comfortable, understood, and move at a pace that feels right for you.
Her style is both warm and grounded, offering steady support, gentle encouragement, and thoughtful structure when it’s needed most. She creates a safe space where clients can be honest about the hard things, feel supported through the process, and even find moments of lightness along the way. Together, you will explore what matters most to you, building insight, resilience, and a path toward a life that feels more authentic, aligned, and meaningful.

Therapy with me feels like...
Therapy with me feels like a warm, welcoming space where you can show up, exactly as you are, and be met with genuine care and compassion. I bring a bubbly, down-to-earth energy into the room, creating a place that feels both safe to land and supportive enough to grow, allowing you to find your strengths, your voice, and the version of you that feels most true.
