My Approach

Hannah considers it a true privilege to collaborate with her clients on their journey toward healing, realignment, and personal growth. She holds the belief that each person already possesses the capacity for healing and transformation, and she is passionate about helping individuals navigate the obstacles that stand between them and their most authentic selves. Working with both adults and teens, Hannah is dedicated to helping clients explore and integrate the many parts of themselves and their life experiences that have shaped who they are today. She encourages clients to move beyond black-and-white thinking and find comfort in the grey areas of life—the spaces where growth, nuance, and authenticity thrive. Hannah views the therapeutic relationship as a secure and grounding home base, offering clients a place to return to whenever they feel lost, stuck, or anxious.

Recognizing that change can be overwhelming and uncertain, Hannah approaches her work with a strong commitment to collaboration, ensuring clients feel heard, seen, and respected. She believes that when people feel truly understood and cared for, they are more willing to take risks, experiment, and ultimately grow. Her goal is to create a therapeutic space founded on compassion, authenticity, and mutual respect—where clients can reconnect with themselves, envision who they want to become, and identify what barriers are holding them back. Through this empowering process, Hannah helps her clients rewrite their stories and move toward wholeness, connection, and inner peace.

Therapies I Use

More About Me

Hannah earned her Master’s degree in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University. She completed her clinical internship at Anchored Counseling Co., where she received training in eating disorder treatment, care coordination, exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD, and evidence-based approaches for treating anxiety and depression. Having trained within the very community she now serves, Hannah approaches her work with a heartfelt understanding of her clients’ lived experiences. This shared connection allows her to show up with deep empathy, attunement, and care in every session.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll often find Hannah experimenting with new recipes from the cookbooks she discovers at her local library, getting lost in a good psychological thriller, running through her Nashville neighborhood, or exploring new restaurants around the city. She’s always happy to receive — and eagerly try — any restaurant recommendations her clients have to share!

Hannah is working towards full licensure and is under supervision with Kelly Flanagan, license #2804 in TN.
